For me the only issue is that the kid spilled the beans. Not so much what he spilled about. You know he signed something that said he would keep his mouth shut and he had to know he would find out things that he didn't agree with. He's a little snitch, a rat and nothing more.

One problem I see with the property taxes paying for education where I live is that the Government is building low income housing for the low income workers (agriculture) we are talking about. The Government does not pay property taxes.

Arizona, the article states that the pollutants are from urban areas, farming is not polluting. Typically a farmer will apply only the fertilizer and chemicals needed to make the crop healthy. Not use it excessively and let it run into rivers and streams. That stuff isn't free.
